The Southern Hemisphere Feltmakers Convergence has been happening every other year since 1990.

It is a gathering of felt makers across 4 days sharing knowledge of felt through various classes, experience and ideas.

Attendees can expect many inspiring workshops, opportunities to display work, a fashion parade, talks, informal demonstrations and some evening fun as well! There will also be traders selling felting supplies, and many networking opportunities.

There is a requirement that all people attending Convergence are members of Creative Fibre, so registration costs do apply. The base fee includes 4 lunches, 4 dinners, morning and afternoon teas (breakfast not included), 4 full days of tutoring, an opportunity to exhibit your work, access to traders and evening events.
